Jahad Hudson is the Executive Director of H.E.L.P. Inc. (Healing, Enriching & Learning Purpose), a nonprofit dedicated to reducing gang involvement and gun violence by empowering youth through mentorship, family support, and access to life-changing opportunities.
Driven by his own lived experience, Jahad has built H.E.L.P. Inc. into a trusted organization known for reaching youth who are often overlooked by traditional systems. His leadership focuses on breaking cycles of violence, strengthening families, and creating pathways to long-term success.
Jahad believes lasting change happens when communities invest in people. Through strategic partnerships and proven programming, H.E.L.P. Inc. is helping create safer neighborhoods and brighter futures for the next generation.

HELP Inc. provides comprehensive, community-based services that empower youth and young adults impacted by gun and gang violence to build safer, healthier, and purpose-driven lives. Serving K–12 students, young adults, and their families throughout Multnomah County and surrounding communities, our programs address immediate needs while creating long-term pathways to success.
