EDUCATION & TRAINING
Each participant will be required to have a diploma or GED, or willing to obtain one. To support this, the H.E.L.P. program will partner with other community organizations and provide tutors to deliver successful outcomes.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
The H.E.L.P. Program will require each participant to participate in a comprehensive mental health assessment and follow the recommended action plan. Participants also can access Group therapy sessions and additional 1:1 support when recommended or desired. Mental health support will be in partnership with Holistic Healing Behavioral Healthcare, Jhaizmine Marie Wellness & Consulting and Mind Solutions.
The H.E.L.P program will use the following curriculum: “52 Weeks to Owning Who you Are, The Challenge to Change”, by Eldridge Broussard and HEAT: Habilitation, Empowerment, Accountability, Therapy.
JOB PLACEMENT SUPPORT
The H.E.L.P. Program will support participants by equipping them with the skills and resources needed to be job ready. H.E.L.P. Inc. provides job placement services in partnership with the following organizations: POIC & RAHS, Self Enhancement Inc., Constructing Hope and others!
